Baan Dada Teacher's House I'm proud to say my group in 2004 was the first group to stay in the
teacher's house.
The porch of the teacher's house at BaanDada.org
It is a duplex. This is the smaller bathroom on the left. Usually the guys get stuck on this side.
The toilets are true Thai style. You go then pour water in from the bucket on the right.
Someone donated 4 sets of bunk beds in 2004-5. They fit perfectly in the room. I plan to buy some shelves or book cases and maybe a night stand later.
The right side has a bigger bathroom with two sinks and....
a bigger toilet / cold shower shower area, and.....
a western style toilet. So needless to say, this is the girl's side always.
A view from the loft looking down at the main area. This is the right side.
A view of the loft. It can hold about 6 people comfortably.
Volunteers have left various books and teaching resources over the years.
The balcony has a rack and clothes line and clothes do dry quickly in the afternoon sun.
There's a bamboo hut near the house. It has electricity.
