River Cruise

It was an actual boat ride up a river and back, but it was not worth $15 in Cambodia. Our hotel rooms were $10 a night and a meal was about $1, and those are marked up foreigner prices. If you go to Cambodia and Siem Reap, don't bother with this. It was about an hour from town down the world's worst dirt road, and it was severely overpriced.

The floating school.	The fast boat from Phnom Phen to Siem Reap, that's only $25 for a 5 hour trip.	The slow 2 day boat for locals. It costs $2 and you sleep on the deck.	Our river cruiser.
A floating Catholic Church.	During the dry season the water goes out further than you can see. This area is a parking lot or football field. All the floating houses and what not go out with the water.	Now that's what I call privacy.	A boat with a family of 10 living on it. Some people were so poor they only had a 25 inch TV rather than a 40 inch. Really. They use batteries to watch TV.
